Christies' Maple Farm is a sugar operation of over 900 acres on a mountainside in our hometown of Lancaster New Hampshire.  Colin's purchase of this wonderful piece of land in 2003 and since then, "Team Maple" has been working hard and plan to have 8,000 taps in place for the 2007 sugar season giving us over 3000 gallons of that lip-smacking goodness,  using some of the most efficient and environmentally friendly equipment you can find.

Instead of the metal buckets, we now use a network of clean, efficient tubing for our mountainside sugarbush. The advent of maple tubing systems has had a greater impact on the maple industry than any other technology in the 20th Century. By eliminating the collection of sap by hand via individual sap buckets, it allows a small family farm such as ours to collect a high volume of fresh, pure sap in the most efficient and hygienic way possible.
