 Colin Christie and Roger Petit Christies' Maple Farm's own award-winning sugarmakers. These two characters have been making maple for longer than either will admit. They can leap tall maple trees in a single bound, go without sleep during maple season for up to 3 days, navigate a loaded sap truck through knee-deep New Hampshire mud, and are known to consume more coffee in a 24 hour period than a maple tree produces sap. Both of these blue ribbon winners (many times over!) for their incredibly rich maple syrup are truly legends in their own minds! |
